Every timepiece is shipped directly from our international fulfillment centers to ensure fast, secure, and reliable delivery. Below you’ll find our standard processing and shipping timelines.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales events), processing times may be slightly extended.

While we assist with any customs issues, delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email within 1 to 5 business days after processing.
You can track your shipment directly on our Order Tracking page or via the courier’s tracking portal.
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Delivery Delays or Issues
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please verify your shipping details carefully before placing your order.
An incorrect or incomplete address may result in delivery delays of 1–2 additional business days.
Artto Watches is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by address errors provided by the customer.
Signature on Delivery
Most orders will be delivered directly to your mailbox or doorstep.
In cases where delivery is deemed unsafe, couriers may hold the package at a local post office for collection.
If you prefer “Signature Required” delivery, please select that option at checkout (when available).
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by your local government.
These charges are not collected by Artto Watches and remain the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot refund or cancel orders refused due to unpaid import fees.
